our area has a large metalworking industry where welding is one of the most requested tasks. For this reason we are committed to offering a basic welding course to refugees and people in need in our area, making it easier for them to find a job. The objective of the course is well defined and targeted, as there is a collaboration with local companies where we can understand the need for a certain company and train the person according to need. This has a double benefit both for the company because there is a person already trained specifically and for us because it facilitates training and we can be more effective.
